Utllisation et service
2.1 Raccordement au systÖme
Le pressostal ä membrane est raccordÖ au
systöme par une petite bride DN 20 KF. Les
piöces indiquöes dans la section 1.4.2 sont nÖ-
cessaires pour le raccordernent. La fig, 1 four-
nit le schöma cot6.
Monter SM 42 verticalement, c.ä,d. la bride en
bas pour que les öventuels condensats puiss-
ent s'6couler. Les 6l6ments d'ötanchÖit6 et la
bride doivent ätre exempts de graisse et de
poussiöre. Söparer SM 42 de l'installation par
une piÖce d'rsolement pour assurer I'isolation
(section 1.4.2\.

Bedienung und Betrieb
2.1 Anschluß an die Apparatur
Der Membran-Druckschalter wird mit elnem
Kleinflansch DN 20 KF an die Apparatur an-
geschlossen. Zum Anschluß sind die im Ab-
schnitt 1.4.2 aulgeführten Teile erforderlich.
Die Maßzeichnung ist rn Abb. 1 dargestellt,
Den SM 42 senkrecht, d. h. mit dem Flansch
nach unten, anbnngen. So ist sichergestellt,
daß evtl. Kondensate ablaufen können. Dicht-
elemente und Flansch mussen schmutz- und
fettfrei sern. Fur Potentralfreiheit,
muß der SM
42 durch ern lsofierzwischenstuck von der
Apparatur getrennt werden (Abschn. 1.4.2).

Operation
2.1 Connection to the system
The Diaphragm Switch is connected via a DN
20 KF small flange to the vacuum system.
This requires the parts listed in Section 1.4.2.
A dimensional drawing is given in Fig. 1.
Mount the SM 42 vertically, i.e. with its flange
facing downwards. This ensures that any
possibly arising condensate is not trapped.
Sea[ng components and flanges must be free
of any din and grease. To electrrcally float the
SM 42 an isolating piece must be used to
isolate the SM 42 fuorn the vacuum system.
