CHARGE WITH DETACHED BATTERY

Select BATTERY DETACHED from the TYPE OF CHARGE menu and press ENTER
to start the charge.
The SELECT BATTERY Ah menu is displayed allowing selection of the battery capacity
(20 Ah to 160 Ah).
NOTA BENE:
For batteries over 160 Ah up to 200 Ah select the charge profile of 160 Ah.

Select the tested battery capacity and then press ENTER.
The display shows the TYPE OF BATTERY menu with available battery models
(see chapter 3.0).

Select the tested type of battery and press ENTER.
The following menu is displayed:
NOTA BENE:
In case of wrong connection of cables (polarity inversion) the battery charger informs
the operator by the message ATTENTION! BATTERY ANOMALY check battery and
connections.
During this specific type of charge, the battery voltage minimum limits for the recharge
are of 3 V, regardless of the selected battery rated voltage.
In case the voltage of the battery to be recharged is lower than the limits, a pre-charge
of 5 minutes can be carried out manually, adopting the preset voltages indicated in the
"Power supply unit" section.
Once the battery voltage has been increased, the chosen type of charge can be
attempted.
