KAA wrapping insert
Using a KAA wrapping insert and guide bush with a cutting edge, the end of the wire is cut
off, stripped and wrapped to the exact length in one operating cycle. During insulation-
stripping with the use of a KAA wiring insert, the conductor must not stretch unduly as a
result of the adhesive force of the insulating covering.

4. Safety guidelines

The manufacturer accepts no liability for usage other than that specified in the operating
instructions, nor for any unauthorised modifications.
These operating instructions and the warning information they contain should be read carefully

basic safety standards of EC guidelines 89/336/EEC, 73/23/EEC and 89/392/EEC.

5. Accessories

The choice of accessories (wiring inserts) is dependent on the wiring data: type of wrapping,
wire diameter, wrapping post dimensions and modular dimension. The choice of special
accessories should be taken from the Tooling Manual for Solder-Free Wiring Technology.
