guarantees for this instrument for a period of 24 months after date of sale. The guarantee is valid for material
defects and manufacturing faults and includes the provision of spare parts as well as labour. Guarantee expires if the
instrument has been damaged, or used improperly or unauthorized intervention was carried out. Keep the purchase
receipt as proof and submit it together with your claim for guarantee. DAVITA
your purchase proof. Wear parts, such as batteries and nose adapter are excluded from the guarantee.
