- Check the configuration of the network connection parameters
(refer to the Chapter "Web-based access configuration").
- Try to initially activate the network and then power the control
system, enabling the connection to the network itself.
- Check the status of the "STAT" and/or "COM1" LED present on the
control system (see also Chapter "Checks"): where they remain on
permanently, it is probable, that errors have been identified.
Try switching off the system and then on again; if this does not
work, reset the system, as described in the Paragraph "Password
for access to web not available or misplaced".
■ It is not possible to activate the control system display
functions.
Most probably the function(s) were previously activated from the
keypad: this action hinders usage of the remote control system.
- Turn off the function and reactivate it from the control system
display.
■ It is not possible to activate keypad functions.
Most probably the control system and/or function(s) were previ-
ously activated from the control system display (this action hinders
usage of the keypad).
- Turn off the function and reactivate the keypad.
■ The function will stop abruptly.
If the sauna and/or hammam area door is left open, the function
begins but is successively interrupted.
- Check that the sauna and/or hammam area door is closed (the
thermometer symbol on the display should not be lit up yellow).
■ Password for access to web not available or misplaced.
- Bring the indicated switch to the ON position:

- Power for approximately 10 seconds, turn it off and bring the
switch back to the OFF position.

- Reset the connection parameters (see Chapter "Web-based ac-
cess configuration").
■ Address for access to web not available or misplaced.
- Consult the information provided with regards the access pass-
word.
■ It is not possible to establish a telephone connection.
- You may have to wait a few moments until the connection is es-
tablished (this is indicated by the "GSM" LED, refer to the Chapter
"Checks").
NOTE: it is possible to establish a GSM connection (according to the
parameters set on the configuration display) bringing the switch to
ON when the system is on (following establishment of connection,
bring the switch back to OFF).

- Check the cover offered by your mobile telephone operator.
- Deactivate the PIN lock request from a standard landline.
- Check for availability of sufficient credit (in the case of a pre-
paid SIM).
- Check that the number of the Message Service Centre is present,
which should, however, be saved on the card.
