2.8 Commissioning
(Only to be carried out by your contractor)
» I. Open the tap DHW valve or set the mono-lever
mixer tap to „hot" until water is expelled free of
bubbles.

CAUTION
!
Boil dry risk. The high limit safety cut-out responds
supply.
» III. Temperature selection limitation E :The maximum
temperature is only adjusted with the limitation ring
if temperature selection limitation is required. For
this, pull OFF the controller button and limitation ring.
Fit limitation ring in required maximum position and
push ON controller button.
Appliance handover:
Explain the appliance function to the user and familiarise
the user with its operation. Highlight possible dangers
(scalding). Hand over these operating and installation in-
structions to the user for safe-keeping.

2.9 Service information

Prior to any work, disconnect the appliance from the
power supply and remove from the wall.
» Opening appliance E :
a Pull OFF controller button
b Remove screws
c Lower locking screws
d Pivot appliance casing open and remove.
» Replacing power cable:
If replacing the power cable, it must be replaced by a con-
tractor with an H05V V-F3x1.0 cable or with the original
spare part, part no. 020671.

» Positioning thermostat sensor in the protective pipe:
If replacing or dismounting the thermostat, route the
thermostat sensor in the protective pipe G
below the earthed plug.
» Draining appliance:
Drain the appliance via the connectors.
» Descaling:

Warranty
The warranty conditions of our German companies do not
apply to appliances acquired outside of Germany. In countries
where our subsidiaries sell our products, it is increasingly the
case that warranties can only be issued by those subsidiaries.
Such warranties are only granted if the subsidiary has issued
its own terms of warranty. No other warranty will be granted.
We shall not provide any warranty for appliances acquired in
countries where we have no subsidiary to sell our products.
This will not affect warranties issued by any importers.

We would ask you to help protect the environment. After use,
dispose of the various materials in accordance with national
regulations.
