The boiler can appropriately be located in
a wardrobe or storage space, but can also
be located under the floor of the vehicle.
If located outside the vehicle, the boiler
should be built into an enclosed space so
that it is protected against splashing of
water, exhaust gases, etc. In choosing the
location, consideration should also be given
to dismantling the service hatch (A 1) and
that space will be available for replacement
of components during service. The data
plate on the boiler shall be legible after
installation.
The measurements given in Fig. A for build-
ing in are recommended minimum meas-
urements with mounting of the boiler.
The space where the boiler is to be assem-
bled must be ventilated, with a ventilation
area of at least 70 cm2.
The boiler shall be screwed down onto the
floor through the holes in the fixing brackets
(A 2).
3,8 kW
nb ! The boiler must not be located in the
275 g/h
passenger area of a vehicle of type M2 or
6,4 kW
M3 respectively.

mounting oF rooF FLue
The boiler may only be mounted with the
8,4 litre
original flue. The flue must not be blocked.
The roof flue should be mounted on a level
(0,5 bar)
base, (however, a maximum of 30º roof
0,3 MPa
slope). Objects must not be mounted on
(3,0 bar)
the roof within a radius of 200mm from the
flue.
max 85°C.
Mark the centre of the location where the
flue is to be mounted, or drill a Ø 76mm
1 x 1050 W
hole through the roof.
1 x 2100 W
Mount the flue from the outside of the roof.
Seal between mounting washer (C 4) and
roof (C 5) with sealing compound for auto-
mobile body application, and screw down
the flue with 6 plate screws (C 6).
mounting oF WaLL FLue
The boiler may only be mounted with the
original flue. The flue must not be blocked.
The wall flue should be mounted on as
flat a surface as possible, and also so that
air can freely circulate past the flue. The
flue should not be mounted closer than
300mm sideways on from an opening
window or ventilation inlet.
A flue must not be mounted under a
window that can be opened, or a ventila-
tion inlet, see drawing.
If the flue is mounted closer than the
measurements given above, a window
circuit-breaker shall be installed that shuts
off the LPG gas supply when the window
is open. To guarantee the function of the
boiler, no object should be fitted within a
radius of 300 mm around the chimney (no
official claim).
Prohibited zone
note that current national regulations
must be followed.
The distance from the flue to ventilation
inlet under the vehicle must be at least
300mm (not a legal requirement).
The distance from flue to refilling posi-
tion or ventilation for fuel shall be at least
500mm.
Mark the place where the flue is to be
located. Then drill a Ø 83mm hole through
the outer wall. First mount the gasket (B
7) and then screw down the flue (B 8) with
the 6 plate screws (B 9). If the surface is
structured, of ball-hammered plate type,
sealing compound for automobile applica-
tion must be used with the gasket.
Note that the flue shall be mounted with
the bend upwards, (the roof flue is also
marked toP oben). After that, mount the
plastic cap (B 10a) and the O ring (B 10b)
with the accompanying two screws (B 11).
