USE

Switching On
• Place the scale on a clean, dry surface. The support feet must be standing on a straight,
horizontal surface in order to carry out measurements that are as precise as possible.
• Switch on the scale by gently tapping on the ON/OFF button
• On the LCD display (2), the triangle symbol
"g" appear. The triangle symbol indicates that the weight can be read off and the item to be
weighed can be placed on the weighing surface (1). The 0-symbol indicates that the scale is
ready for weighing.
• Please note: If the scale is not standing stably, an incorrect weight will be displayed or "UnSГ"
appears on the LCD display. Place the scale on a horizontal and level surface and wait until
the display shows "0".
• Place the product to be weighed onto the weighing surface of the scale. As soon as the scale
has determined the weight, the triangle symbol

Automatic Cut-Off
• The scale switches off automatically after approx. 2 minutes if it is not being used.
Setting the weighing mode
• Switch the scale on.
• Wait until "0" is displayed on the LCD display.
• Press the WEIGHING MODE

Zeroing function / tare
Using the zeroing or tare function, you can add ingredients to a container progressively while
weighing each ingredient individually (container not included in scope of delivery)
• Switch on the scale using the ON/OFF button
well as the unit of weight (e.g. "g") appear on the display.
• Place a container for the ingredients onto the scale. The scale measures the weight of the
container. As soon as the scale has determined the weight, the triangle symbol and the
measurement value appear on the LCD display. Touch the ON/OFF button
to set the scale to "0"
• The triangle symbol, the 0-symbol and the unit of weight appear on the LCD display.
• The ingredients can then be weighed.
• Add an ingredient to the container. As soon as the scale has determined the weight, the
triangle symbol and the unit of weight appear on the LCD display. Read off the weight from the
LCD display.
• Touch the ON/OFF button

container. Repeat this procedure as many times as you like.
Warnings
• Change the batteries when the battery symbol appears on the LCD display (2).
• When overloading of the scale occurs, "EEEE" appears on the LCD display. A maximum of
5000 g can be weighed and displayed.
