How should one return a defective product?
The defective product will only be accepted in a clean and complete condition in
the original packaging and with the duly completed guarantee certi cate, as well
as business and nancial records (purchase receipt, waybill), which con rm the
purchase. Please attach a description of the problem ascertained in the device.
