Guarantee provisions
1. SANICO Srl is responsible for the absence of mechanical damage and defects,
and for the completeness of the product at the time of the sale.
2. Repairs may only be carried out in service centres that are approved in accor
dance with the contract of SANICO Srl or by approved distributors in the coun
try of purchase.
3. The warranty for materials, manufacturing, and functional defects is valid for
2 years from the date of purchase, subject to the condition that all
information provided in the operating instructions is followed by the buyer.
The warranty obligations do not cover consumable materials: electrode shells,
rubber bands, connecting cables, etc.
4. Any complaints regarding the product should be directed to the authorized
service centre. The Service Centre is contractually responsible for
determining the cause and nature of the defect, based on an agreement with
the seller. The product is only replaced if it cannot be repaired.
5. The owner of the product is independently responsible for the delivery and
pickup of the product at the site where the warranty repair was performed.
6. The time required for warranty repair depends on the extent of the defect.
7. The liability of SANICO Srl is limited, based on the present warranty, to the
amount paid by the buyer for the guaranteed product.
