Keeping the eggs warm
You can keep the eggs warm for
approx. 20 minutes:
1. Turn the adjustment dial (5) to
the ' ' position.
2. Continue with the section 're-
moving the eggs'.

Removing the eggs

WARNING
Risk of scalding and burns!
The egg boiler becomes hot
during operation! Hot steam
is also emitted from the lid
opening.
Only touch the egg boil-
■
er and its parts with oven
gloves or similar.
Protect yourself from the
■
hot steam.
1. Take hold of the lid (1) by the
handle and remove it so that
you do not come into contact
with hot steam.
2. Using the handle, hold the
egg tray (2) under cold run-
ning water to shock the eggs.
3. To switch the egg boiler off,
set the adjustment dial (5)to
the 'O' position.

4. Pull the mains plug out of the
socket.
5. Wind up the mains cord un-
derneath.
If you
– do not shock the eggs, they
will continue to harden. The
shell will then be difficult to
remove from the egg.
– use the egg boiler to cook
eggs several times in suc-
cession, always let it cool
down for a few minutes be-
tween the individual cooking
processes.
