Reliez les sorties haut-parleurs de votre
autoradio avec les entrées haut-parleurs

Utilisation
Après avoir procédé au raccordement et vérifié de nouveau le câblage, vous pouvez
mettre en service le subwoofer.
Après avoir vérifié le câblage, connectez
de nouveau le pôle négatif de la batterie.
Tournez le bouton de réglage du volume
GAIN (3) dans le sens inverse des
aiguilles d'une montre sur minimum.
Tournez le régulateur FREQ (4) dans le
sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre
sur 40 Hz.
Mettez votre autoradio en marche.
Une fois la DEL POWER (8) allumée,
réglez le volume de l'autoradio à un
niveau moyen.
Ajustez à présent le volume du subwoo-
fer à l'aide du bouton de réglage du
volume GAIN (3).
Afin d'obtenir un son optimal, vous pou-
vez encore essayer de modifier la fré-
quence de coupure réglée à l'aide du
régulateur FREQ (4).

Si la DEL POWER (8) ne s'allume pas, il
y a une erreur. L'autoradio doit immédia-
tement être éteint. Contrôlez dans un tel
cas tous les raccordements. Si vous ne
deviez constater aucune erreur, veuillez
consulter un technicien.
Le subwoofer devrait bien s'adapter au
son d'autres haut-parleurs. Le passe-
bas ne doit pas trop s'imposer ou ronfler
fortement.
Connect the REM connection of the
connection terminal of the power supply
(7) to the remote control connection of
the aerial control output of the car radio.
Connect the GND connection of the
connection terminal for the power sup-
ply (7) to the negative terminal (earth) of
the battery or to the car body.
Distribute the power supply in a star-shaped way, i.e. the connections
of the negative leads start from one and the same point for all compo-
nents of the car hi-fi system. This way of distributing the power supply
avoids earth loops.
Connect the positive leads in the same way.
Connecting the inputs
The subwoofer has both loudspeaker and cinch inputs for connecting to the car
radio.
If your car radio has cinch outputs, the subwoofer should always be connected using
the cinch inputs to ensure high-quality playback.
However, if your car radio has no cinch outputs, you can connect the subwoofer to
the loudspeaker outputs without the use of any additional devices or adapters.
Never use two different types of input (e.g. loudspeaker and cinch inputs) at the same
time.
For connecting the cinch inputs, use only shielded cinch cables
suitable for this purpose. Use of other, unsuitable cables may lead
to malfunctioning.
Keep the length of the connecting cables as short as possible.
Do not install the cables in the proximity of other cables. That way
you avoid parasitic inductance affecting the subwoofer input
The subwoofer is switched on through
this input if there is a voltage of +12V.
Nowadays, almost all car radios are pro-
vided with such a control output which
only bears +12V if the radio is turned on.
Attention! Since the electrical conduc-
tivity is limited due to the increasingly
used gluing technology or the lacquered
metal parts, not each metal component
is suited to function as an earthing point.
