Safety instructions
The warranty will be rendered invalid for damage caused due to
non-compliance with these operating instructions. We shall not
be liable for any consequential damage!
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal
injury caused by improper handling or non-compliance with the
safety instructions. The warranty will lapse in these cases.
An exclamation mark in a triangle indicates important information
in these operating instructions. Please read the operating instruc-
tions through completely before putting the device into operation.
They contain important information for correct operation.
• For safety and licensing reasons, unauthorised conversion and/or modifications
to the product are not permitted.
• It is only allowed to use the 12V-DC vehicle electrical system (negative terminal of
the battery connected to the body of the vehicle). Never connect the subwoofer to
any other voltage supply.
• Make sure the device is put into operation correctly. Please follow the operating
instructions carefully in doing so.
• Never pour any liquids onto electric devices and do not place any liquid-filled
objects onto them. This could damage the device. If such a case occurs never-
theless, disconnect the power supply immediately and consult a specialist.
• Never subject the subwoofer to high temperatures, water drops or splashes,
strong vibrations or heavy mechanical strain.
• Do not place open flames such as burning candles on the device.
• Consult qualified staff, if you have doubts about how the equipment operates or
about how to connect it safely.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. Plastic sheets/bags and
polystyrene parts etc. could become dangerous toys for children.
• Never operate the device without supervision.
• Do not use the device in a tropical climate.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are
connected to your device.
• Observe the additional safety instructions in each individual section of these
instructions, too.
• If you are not sure about the correct connection or if questions arise which are not
covered by the operating instructions, please do not hesitate to contact our techni-
cal support or another specialist.
