Fingered chords
• Start playback of an accompanying rhythm (see chapter 14. f).
• Push the FINGERED key (9) until the display (18) shows FIN.
• The 19 keys in the left area of the keyboard (40) are now the chord keys. Play the chord keys to make the
corresponding chord sound.
• Push the CHORD CLOSE key (11) to stop automatic accompanying bass/chord playback.
• Push the START/STOP key (24) to stop automatic accompanying bass/chord playback and the accompa-
nying rhythm.
Changing the timbre of the automatic accompanying bass/chord
• Push the CHORD TIMBRE key (10) to change the timbre of the automatic accompanying bass/chord.
• Push the CHORD TIMBRE key (10) to reset the timbre of the automatic accompanying bass/chord to the
original setting.
This setting does not affect the sound of the keyboard keys.
h) Sound Effects
Sustain effect
• Push the SUSTAIN key (30) to activate the sustain effect.
• The display (18) will show SUS.
• Push the SUSTAIN key (30) again to deactivate the sustain effect again.
Vibrato effect
• Push the VIBRATO key (31) to activate the vibrato effect.
• The display (18) will show VIB.
• Push the VIBRATO key (31) again to deactivate the vibrato effect again.
