2. Prescribed Use

The product is designed to receive analog television signals via cable connection or via house/indoor aerial The video
output is accomplished via a VGA output to which an appropriate VGA monitor can be connected. An audio output
with line level enables audio signals to be output.

Chapter 7 provides a detailed description of the functions.
The entire product must not be changed or rebuilt, if this is the case, not only will the guarantee/warranty expire but
also the license (CE).
The housing must not be opened! The labels on the product must not be damaged or removed.
The product is authorized only for closed, dry indoor locations. Do not expose the device to moisture such as e.g.
in bathrooms or similar rooms!
Any use other than the one described above damages the product. Moreover, this involves dangers such as short-
circuit, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or rebuilt, and the housing must not be opened. Always observe the safety
instructions! Non-adherence to the safety instructions can lead to e.g. dangerous electric shock or damage of the
product.

3. Symbol Explanation
