5. Features

The outdoor sensor "AHS888" detects the temperature and the air humid-
ity in its place of installation and transmits the detected values per radio
to an appropriate receiving station.
Due to battery operation, the sensor can be mounted even outdoors or e.g.
in greenhouses, in the basement etc.
The sensor is provided with a unique definite address. Thus, the user does
not have to assign an address and crossovers with or accidental reception
from neighboring weather sensors for example, as it might happen with
systems with limited address space, are excluded.
The sensor is equipped with bi-directional radio technology and transmits
its weather data in a cyclic interval. The interval time is between 120 and
180 seconds and is re-defined after each transmission.
