We are very happy that you have made a decision in favour of the schegoLUX~spot!
This spot is a halogen spotlight for use in garden and pond - above and under water. It
can be infinitely rotated by 360° and swivelled by 180° without the use of any tools. The
anti-glare shield (only for schegoLUX~spot with anti-glare shield) is infinitely adjustable
and thus protects against undesired dazzling.
Symbols in these operating instructions
Important notes concerning your safety and for the avoidance of damage to the spotlight
are especially highlighted. Strict compliance with these notes is mandatory:

Operating Instructions

Read these operating instructions completely before starting to use the spotlight. Keep
this manual in a safe place. When passing this spotlight on to a third party you must also
hand over these operating instructions. Failure to comply with these instructions may
cause danger for persons and damage to objects. We do not assume liability for personal
injury or material damage resulting from disregarding these operating instructions.

Safety notes

WARNING:
The spotlight is operated with electric voltage of 12 V and generates high
temperatures during operation, which may cause injury or material damage when
contacted.
- Always disconnect the schegoLUX~spot from the mains supply before working
on the spotlight.
- Allow the spotlight to dry and to cool down to ambient temperature before you
touch it.
- Do not place the spotlight in the immediate vicinity of objects and plants.
- Do not leave the spotlight unattended, if children or other persons, who are
unable to assess the risks, are in the vicinity.
