• W hen disposing of batteries,
they must be discharged or
their capacity must be fully
depleted. Cover exposed
terminals with adhesive tape in
order to prevent short-circuiting!
Maintenance and care:
• P lease only use a clean, damp
cloth to wipe off the helicopter
• P rotect the helicopter and
batteries from direct sunlight
and/or direct heat.

3A Unscrew the battery compartment securing screw anticlockwise
and pull off the cover downwards.
3B Insert 4 x 1.5 V AA batteries and pay attention to the polarity,
as shown in the battery compartment.
3C Close the battery cover and secure with the screw.
4 ChargINg The helICOPTer
Attention: The battery must cool down for 10 to 15 minutes before
charging and after every flight. Failure to do so may result in the
battery becoming damaged. The charging process is electronically
monitored, but do not leave it unsupervised.
• Remove the battery from the model and switch off the remote
control (4A).
• P lug the USB charger into the charging jack of the remote control
(4B) and switch on the remote control. Please do not use force.
Alternatively, the USB charger can be plugged into a USB port on
a computer or into an active USB hub. The Status LED of the USB
charger illuminates red.
• Now connect the battery to the charger (4C). The battery plug only fits
in the charger connection in one direction. Please do not use force! The
red Status LED on the charger goes out during the charging process.
• A fter a charge time of approximately 40 minutes, the LED begins to
illuminate again; the battery has been charged.
• After the charging process, remove the battery from the charger and
disconnect the charger from the remote control/USB port.
The helicopter can fly for 5-7 minutes after a charge time of
approx. 40 minutes.
5 STarT PreParaTION
The thrust controller (the left controller on the remote control) must
point down before being switched on (5A). Then briefly press the
ON/OFF button on the remote control (5B) and the Power LED blinks
red. Now slide the battery into the battery compartment until the plug
of the battery engages in the jack of the model (5C).
