Briefly press the UP key (A7) or the DOWN key (A8) to adjust the flashing
value. Press and hold the key to adjust the value more rapidly.
Do not press any key for more than 5 seconds to exit setting mode.
After quitting setting mode, the temperature alarm automatically is enabled.
Use a thin, not too pointy object (e.g. a paper clip) to press the RESET key
(A13) to reset both displays. This also will restart internal temperature meas-
urement and reception of the outdoor temperature sent by the wireless outdoor
sensor.

Operating and using the wireless outdoor Sensor

1. Use a suitable cross-headed screwdriver to unscrew the small screw from the
battery compartment of the wireless outdoor sensor (B1).
2. Open the battery compartment (B7) and insert two new batteries of the type
LR03 (AAA) into the battery compartment. Pay attention to the proper polarity
of the batteries. The polarity is printed inside the battery compartment.
On the display all symbols appear for two seconds and confirm proper function
of the sensor/transmitter.
The current temperature automatically appears on the display of the sensor.
The measured temperature is transmitted to the wall clock in regular intervals.
This outdoor temperature value is displayed on the outdoor display (A2).

3. Before closing the battery compartment again, use the °C/F° reverser (B6) to
select the desired temperature unit accordingly.
4. Use the channel selection switch (B4) to select the desired transmitting
channel (CH1, CH2, CH3). This channel has to be selected at the wall clock as
well.
5. If the outdoor temperature display (A2) does not display any data of the
wireless outdoor sensor, the clock could not receive the signal from the sen-
sor. Press the test key (B5) once to manually start transmitting the tempera-
ture data to the wall clock.
6. Close the battery compartment with the lid and secure it with the small screw.
7. Use the suspension hole (B3) to hang up the wireless outdoor sensor to a nail
or screw on the wall.
8. Exchange the batteries of the wireless outdoor sensor if the display (B2) gets
weaker.
