Storage when not using the product
If you do not intend to use the food slicer for an extended
period, disconnect it from the mains power. Also make sure that
the storage temperature is maintained between -10°C and
+50°C. Humidity must not exceed 85% rel. humidity.

Before you start
Remove the SAS 150 B2 Food Slicer and all accessories from the packaging and check that the
package contents are complete. Remove all protective films. We recommend cleaning all
accessories before first use. Place the food slicer on a firm, even surface near a mains socket.
