9. Handling

• Protect the product from dampness, cold, heat, dust and direct strong
sun radiation.
• Never disassemble the product. Have the unit repaired only by an
experienced technician otherwise the approval /guarantee of the device
will expire.
• Place the product in a way that it is out of reach of children.
• Do not modify the gas meter; do not label it (use transparent adhesive foil
for marking!).
The gas meter is the property of the power supply company.

10. Maintenance and cleaning

The product is maintenance free, this is why you should never open it or
take it apart (aside from the jobs described in this operating instruction).
Before carrying out any cleaning, the product is to be separated from the
current supply, pull the power supply unit from the mains socket.
Afterwards, the "ES-4" can be cleaned with a clean, dry and soft cloth.
Dust can be easily removed using a clean, soft brush and a vacuum
cleaner.
