Operating Instructions
Ground Coffee
Position the coffee machine filter basket on the bracket (12) and push
home.
Pull the ground coffee distribution lever (9) to obtain one coffee dose (if
a one-dose conic filter is used) and let the lever return automatically to
its original position.
Obtain two doses of coffee if a double filter is used.
Position the filter basket under the tamper (7) and press the coffee.
Regulation of the ground coffee dose
To regulate the ground coffee dose, turn the dose regulating screw (17).
When the screw is turned towards the "+" sign (see figure), the quantity
of ground coffee is increased.
When the screw is turned towards the "-" sign (see figure), the quantity
of ground coffee is decreased.

For correct application of the HACCP system,
please follow the instructions in this paragraph.
General
The grinder-doser should be cleaned periodically, with special attention
given to those areas that come into contact with the coffee.
To clean, follow these procedures:
Always switch off the appliance at switch (11) and cut off from the mains
via the omnipolar switch.
Do not immerse the appliance in water.
Cleaning the Coffee Beans Receptacle (2)
Close the gate (3) by pushing it inward and separate the coffee beans
receptacle (2) from the grinder-doser.
Remove any remaining coffee from the coffee beans receptacle (2).
Wash the receptacle with a damp cloth using methods and detergents
suitable to objects that come into contact with foodstuffs. Rinse thoroughly
and dry, removing any organic residue.
Before replacing the coffee beans receptacle (2) on the grinder-doser,
ensure that all the parts have been dried thoroughly.

Cleaning the Ground Coffee Doser (6)
To clean the doser (6), first remove all the ground coffee and remove the
lid (5). Using a brush, clean the inside surfaces and the dosing star,
rotating it. Remove any organic residue.
Store the brush in a sheltered place and use it exclusively for cleaning
the grinder-doser in order to prevent it from being contaminated by
foreign substances.
Do not clean the doser or its parts with liquids or
damp cloths.
Exterior
Clean the exterior of the appliance with a soft cloth and use products that
DO NOT contain ammonia or abrasive substances. Remove any
organic residue.
N.B. Do not spray liquids inside the openings of the appliance.
