Operation

• Hold the camera in the area or on the object that you want to record
• Press and hold the "On/Off" button (2) for about 2 seconds
• The camera will vibrate once briefly
• the LED status light (3) lights up blue, and the recording begins
• during the recording, the LED status light flashes alternately blue and green
• the laser pointer (12) on the front of the camera switches on after a certain adjustment to the target in its
sights
• The laser pointer (12) lights for approx. 10 seconds and then turns off on its own
• By briefly pressing the "On/Off" button (2), you can turn the laser pointer on again at any time
Make sure that you do not look directly into the laser pointer or hit anyone else's eyes
with the laser pointer.
• To switch off, press the "On/Off" button (2) again for about 2 seconds
• The camera will vibrate twice, laser flash 5 times and then switches off
• For the video mode, you can select the resolution per second through a switch (8) on the camera under
the sealing cap (5). A resolution of 1920 x 1080 P = 30 FPS or 1280 x 720 = 60 FPS is possible.
System Requirements
To load the recorded videos on your computer, it must have at least the following system requirements:
• Windows: 3.0 GHz Intel Pentium D (dual-core) or faster
• Mac Environment: Dual 2.0 GHz PowerMac G5 or faster; 2.0 GHz Intel Core Duo or faster
• Windows XP (Service Pack 2 or higher), Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Apple Mac X 10.6 or higher
• 2 GB RAM
• 1 GB free hard drive space
• 1 GB or more graphic card
• QuickTime 7
• Resolution of 1024 x 768 video support (32 bit)
• 16-bit Windows-compatible sound card
In some cases, the frame rate can be automatically reduced in order to maximize the storage use.
Camera Settings
• Connect the camera to your computer using the enclosed USB cable
• Open the document "Setting Text Document"
• If it has not yet preset, change the update "Y" to "N" for the changes to take effect
• The standard setting is "1"

When recording video indoors, you can set the light frequency between 50 Hz and 60 Hz to
avoid a flickering of the light source.
Operation of LED Status Indicator and Laser Pointer
The functions of the LED status indicator (3) and the laser pointer (12) are described below:

Setting the Time
• Connect the camera to your computer using the enclosed USB cable
• Create a new text file in the SD card's folder with the name "setttime.txt"
Please note whether your computer is set to recognize file formats. If this is the case, please only
set up the file "settime"; the computer then recognizes the text file and completes the file name
with ".txt".
• Open the new text document and enter the current time and date here, written in the following way: e.g. It
is 15 July 2013, 14 hours, 25 minutes and 34 seconds. The entry in the text field is then entered as follows:
year, month, day, hours, minutes and seconds, e.g. 2013 07 15 14 25 34
Please make sure that there is always a space between month, year, day, etc.
• After you have finished, save the file and close it
• Press the "on/off button" (2) on the camera to start the recording
• If you connect the camera to your computer again, the correct time ought to be displayed on the video
Charging the Camera
a) Charging with power adapter
• Plug the provided USB cable into the charging device and connect this to the camera at the "USB port for
charging and data cable" (9)
• Plug the charging device into the 230 V mains socket
• A red LED charging indicator (7) on the camera will turn on and stay lit
• The camera vibrates briefly, and the LED status indicator (3) lights up green
• The red LED goes out when the battery is fully charged
b) Charging via USB connection on the computer
• Switch off the camera
• Plug the provided USB cable into the camera at the "USB port for charging and data cable" (9) and connect
this to a free USB port on your computer
• The camera vibrates briefly, and the LED status indicator (3) lights up green, the LED charging indicator
(7) will light up red.
• The red charging indicator (7) on the camera goes out and the LED status indicator (3) lights up green and
stay lit when the battery is fully charged.
Please use only the provided charging device and USB cable for charging. The performance of
the product can be affected by the use of another charging device.
The performance of the rechargeable battery is approx. 90 - 100 minutes at 30fps and approx. 2 - 3 hours
at 60fps when fully charged.
Connection to the Computer
You can upload your videos and photos to a computer if the computer and camera are operational. To do
this, proceed as follows:
• Switch the camera on at the "on/off" switch (2)
• Connect the camera via the provided USB cable at the "USB port for charging and data cable" (9) and a
USB port of your computer
• The successful connection is shown on the removable media
• Use appropriate computer software to process or play back the photo or the videos
• Click on the corresponding symbol to start the video playback
The Camera's Waterproofing
The camera has a waterproofing of IP68 and can be used up to 10 m underwater.
For this purpose, please observe the following points in all cases, because otherwise a malfunction of the

• Make sure that the waterproof O-ring (4) is properly inserted and is undamaged
• Make sure that the sealing cap (5) is screwed down firmly
• Liquids on the camera should be wiped off with a dry cloth as quickly as possible after use

Do not subject the camera to extreme temperatures, as this can lead to malfunctions.

General Information
Please pay attention to the following general notes for the correct use of the camera:
• This camera has an anti-shake function, but it is not shake-proof

• Do not lay the camera on a dusty or damp place, since otherwise files may be damaged or an electrical
shock could occur
• If you do not use the camera for a long period of time, remove the SD card and store this in a well-
