Connecting to the power supply
WARNING
Before connecting the device to the power supply, make sure the voltage of the power supply must be
the same as the voltage addressed on the rating label.
Use extension cord and connect the plug of this device to power socket.

Switching On/Off

As shown in Fig 9
Note!
Before switching on, make sure the interlock switch has been
activated.
To switch on
Depress the green button.
To switch off
Depress the red button.
Forward/reverse button
The forward/reverse button is a rock switch, it is used to control the turning direction of Electric motor.
When set the forward/reverse to upper position, the motor will turning in forward direction. It is used for
chipping branch.
When set the forward/reverse button to lower position, the motor will turning in reverse direction. The
main purpose is used to remove the blockage.
When set the forward/reverse button in middle position, the motor will stop.
Reset button
This device is equipped with overload protection.
When the cutting blade of this device is blocked, this button will be activated, the motor will stop.
To remove the blockages
Set the forward /reverse button to lower position, the motor will turning in reverse direction.
Compare to the forward speed, reverse speed is relatively lower. The blockages will be loosened.
Carefully pull it out.
Caution! Never reach into the feeder opening with your hands.
To reset the device
1. Depress the reset button.
2. Depress the green button to restart it.
