Assembling the wheel
As shown in Fig 3
1. Open the package and remove the machine from package.
Pull out the dust bin and take out the main part of the
machine and accessories
2. Insert the wheel shaft into the corresponding Holes in the
guide rail.
3. Put a piece of plain washer onto the wheel shaft, then fit the
wheel (A)and the other plain washer to the wheel shaft, lastly,
use the split pin to lock wheel in place. Attach the wheel cover
to the outside of the wheel. To assemble the other wheel (B),
pull the wheel shaft toward operator as close as possible,
so that there is sufficient room be left for assembling the
wheel(B). Assembling method is the same as above one.
Assembling the plastic feet
As shown in Fig 4
1. Place the plastic feet underneath the guide rail. So that the
bar of guide rail can rest on the Groove of plastic feet.
2. Slide the plastic feet back and forth, To align the mounting
hole on the guide rail with Hole in the plastic feet.
3. Use the mounting bolt to lock the plastic feet In place.
(Hexagon key is provided)
Installing the guide rail to the motor head
As shown in Fig 5
1. Turn the motor block upside down and place it on soft, even
ground. Ensure its stability. Too soft ground may cause the
device to fall over, too hard ground might scratch or damage
your device.
2. There are two raised areas on the bottom of motor head.
They were used to align the guide rail with the motor head.
3. Place the rail guide onto the motor head, fix the rail guide in
place by using three screws.
4. Flipping the assembled unit again. To Place it in normal
working position.
