Intended use
The wristwatch is used to display the time and the calendar data as well as the time of a second
time zone. Furthermore, the product features an integrated alarm function, a stopwatch, as well
as a countdown timer.
The watch may only be powered by a battery (for the type, refer to "Technical data").
Any use other than that described above could lead to damage to this product and involves the risk
of short circuits, fire, electric shock, etc.
No part of the product may be modified or converted!
The safety instructions must be observed at all times.

First, read the complete operating manual carefully, as it contains important informa-
tion about the proper operation.
The warranty will be void in the event of damage caused by failure to observe these
safety instructions! We do not assume any liability for any resulting damage!
We shall not accept liability for damage to property or personal injury caused by in-
correct handling or non-compliance with the safety instructions. The warranty will be
void in such cases!
• For safety reasons, any unauthorised conversion and/or modification to the product
is not permitted.
• Do not expose the product to high temperatures, strong vibrations or heavy mechani-
cal loads.
• Please consult a specialist if you have any doubts regarding the use or safety of the
product.
• This product is not a toy and must be kept out of the reach of children.
• Do not leave packaging materials unattended. It may become a dangerous plaything
for children.
• Handle the product with care, it can be damaged by impacts, blows, or accidental
drops, even from a low height.

Selecting the operating mode
• With the MODE (2) key you can select the operating mode of the wristwatch.
• Press the MODE (2) key repeatedly until the operating mode is displayed:
Time/date
Countdown timer (Tmr)
Operating Modes
If you press and hold the ST/LAP (3) resp. the EL key (4) during the settings, the value to
be set will be changed continuously.
a) Time display
Calendar Display
• Press and hold the ST/LAP key (3), to display the calendar dates (month, date and year).
Setting the time of day
• Press the RST/STP(1) key, until the second display flashes.
• Press the ST/LAP (3) or the EL (4) key to reset the second display to "00".
• Press the MODE key (2) to switch to the next setting step (hours).
• Set the hours with the ST/LAP + (3) and EL - (4) keys.
• Set the other values (minutes, year, month, date and display format 12/24h) as described above.
Hereby, the MODE (2) key selects the value to be set and the ST/LAP (3) respective the EL (4) key
changes the value to be set.
• After completion of the time setting press the RST/STP (1) key to save the settings.
b) Stopwatch function
• Press the ST/LAP (3) key to start the stopwatch.
• Press the RST/STP (1) key to stop the stopwatch.
• With the ST/LAP (3) key, the stopwatch can be restarted.
• Press the RST/STP (1) key after you have stopped the stopwatch to reset the stopwatch to
"0:00:00".
• While the stopwatch is running you can display a split time by pressing the ST/LAP (3) key.
The display indicates the split time for about two seconds but the stopwatch continues to run in
the background. The display returns to the running stopwatch display.
This process can be repeated several times.
The data are stored and can be accessed using the split time memory function.
c) Split time memory
The data can only be displayed as long as the stopwatch has not been reset to 0:00:00.
• The display shows the lap times (LAP).
• The different lap times can be accessed using the ST/LAP (3) or the EL (4) keys.
• Press the RST/STP (1) key to retrieve the split times (SPL).
• The different split times can be accessed using the ST/LAP (3) or the EL (4) keys.
• Press the RST/STP key (1) again to return to the stopwatch display.
