VTS®2.0 - general use
The VTS® trimming dots were individually defined by Kai Hopf and the DUOTONE R&D
Team. So, if you rig your sail according to these trim dots, you can be sure to get the
same perfect trim as our Pro Team.
Attention:
Only if you rig your sail according to the VTS® dots will you achieve a 100% correct
trim. The mast and boom measurements printed on your sail should only be taken
as a guideline to adjust your mast and boom length.
Attention:
The VTS® system only works correctly if you use a mast within the suggested IMCS-
specs and stiffness range printed on your sail!
Attention:
To check the VTS® trim do not stand on the mastbase! Leave the rig flat on the
ground!
