"3 minutes to go" – that´s not a marketing slogan. DUOTONE have spend a lot
of development time improving rigging comfort and speed over the past years
and we are proud to say that you don´t need more than 3 minutes to completely
rig up even high-end camber-featured race sail (incl. fine tuning).
1. Slide the mast into
the mast sleeve above
the camber inducer.
5. Open all camber
zippers.
To de-rig
a. Release downhaul tension just enough to be able to carefully snap off the cams
b. Fully release outhaul and snap off the boom
c. Fully release downhaul
Attention: Do not release batten tension!

2. Apply approx. 80% of
the downhaul tension.
6. Attach all cams:
slide one hand into
the cam zipper and
push down on the
camber.
Attention:
Pushing from outside
the mast sleeve can
destroy the sleeve
material!
Attention:
Always start
with the second cam
from the bottom.
3. Attach the boom in the
lower portion of the
boom cut out.
7. Fully downhaul the sail.
4. Fully outhaul the sail
according to the length
printed on the sail.
8. Close camber zippers
Attention:
Never close the
camber zippers
before you have fully
downhauled the sail!
