• Die Spannungen an den Meßkreisen
müssen gleichzeitig den Ansprechwert
(Stillstandsschwelle) unterschreiten.
• Leuchten die LEDs "Channel 1" und
"Channel 2" nicht gleichzeitig, kann das
Gerät durch kurzes Unterbrechen der
Versorgungsspannung wieder aktiviert
werden
Anwendung
In dem Beispiel in Fig. 2 wird die Schutztüre
mit dem Schutztürwächter PST 1 überwacht
und durch eine elektrischen Verriegelung
gegen unzulässiges Öffnen gesichert.
Beim Start der Maschine mit S1 schaltet K2
den Motor ein. Dabei wird geprüft, ob der
Stillstandswächter PSWZ korrekt anspricht.
Nach Abschalten der Maschine mit dem
Taster S0 kann die Türe mit S3 entriegelt
werden, nachdem das PSWZ den Motorstill-
stand sicher erkannt hat.
Das Gerät nur wie in dieser Abbildung
anschließen!

• If the LEDs "Channel 1" and "Channel 2"
do not illuminate simultaneously, the unit
can be activated again by interrupting the
operating voltage for a short length of
time.
Application
In the example Fig. 2 the safey gates are
monitored by the safety gate monitor PST 1
and with a safety interlock switch with a
solenoid release shot bolt, safe guards
against any unpermitted opening of the
gates. By pressing S1, K2 closes and the
motor starts. When the PSWZ output
contacts de-energise by detecting motor
voltage, then the supply to K2 coil is
maintained. By pressing the Stop button S0,
the gates can be unlocked by pressing S3,
only after the PSWZ has detected standstill.

• Si le temps de désynchronisme n'est pas
respecté, la LED "Output" reste éteinte.
Couper un court instant l'alimentation du
relais pour réarmer le PSWZ.
Utilisation
L'exemple de branchement de la fig. 2
montre le pilotage et le contrôle d'un
système d'interverouillage à l'aide des relais
PSWZ et PST1. Une action sur le BP S1 fait
démarrer le moteur par K2. La bonne
retombée du PSWZ est contrôlé par la
retombée du contact 41-42. Après l'arrêt du
moteur par S0, la porte ne pourra être
déverrouillée qu'après la détection d'arrêt du
PSWZ.
Nota: le contacteur Etoile est forcé à l'arrêt
pour permettre une détection par le PSWZ.
