Orbital Sander:
• Press the abrasive paper onto the pad.
Ensure the paper's and the pad's
perforation correspond to each other.
Check tight fit of abrasive paper.
• Connect hose for exhaust air together with
the dust bag to the suction port. The
orbital sander disposes of an automatic
dust suction device. The abraded dust
particles are sucked off through an
opening in the sanding pad.
• When working with the orbital sander,
please take care that it is only slightly
pressed to the surface to be sanded!
• Changing the sanding pad:
Loosen the plastic suction cover and tighten
the spindle to the hexagon by using the
delivered wrench. Unscrew the sanding pad
counter-clockwise. Put the new sanding pad
onto the spindle and tighten it sturdily
clockwise.
Belt Sander:
• Select abrasive paper according to the
work to be carried out.
• This belt sander disposes of an automatic
device for quick changing and tensioning
the sanding belt.
Compress the sanding belt holder 1
and insert the sanding belt. Operate the
lever 2 in order to tighten the belt.
• The rotating handle allows to adjust the
operation of the belt sander according to
different working conditions and areas.
The belt sander disposes of a dust
collector.

Angle Grinder:
• Put grinding wheel/cutting-off wheel onto
the grinding wheel fixing flange and centre
it.
• Lock spindle by pressing spindle locking
button.
• Screw on manually tightening nut and
tighten it using the included two-pin nut
wrench.
• The anti-spark protection (protection cap)
can be adjusted according to the respective
necessities.
• For safety reasons the anti-spark protection
(protection cap) must not be removed.
• In order to guarantee stability and safety,
the lateral handle must be kept mounted
and must be used at any time working
with the tool.
• Check compressed air pressure and if
necessary adjust it according to the
working pressure indicated in the table on
page 18.
Extended Corner Grinder:
• Put cutting-off wheel onto the grinding
wheel fixing flange and centre it.
• Screw on manually the tightening nut and
tighten it using the included hex head wren-
ches. Use the flat key as a pressure pad.
• If necessary adjust anti-spark protection
(protection cap) by pushing the quick set-
ting.
• For safety reasons the anti-spark protection
(protection cap) must not be removed.
• Check compressed air pressure and if
necessary adjust it according to the wor-
king pressure indicated in the table on
page 18.
