Mise en Service
Insérer/changer les piles
Avant de pouvoir utiliser votre appareil, vous devez insérer
les piles fournies. Le cache du compartiment à piles se
trouve sur la gauche de l'appareil. Ouvrez-le, retirez-le et
insérez les 2 piles fournies (piles 1,5 V de type AAA LR03). D No m

ment des piles apparaît dans l'affichage ou si l'écran

Réglage de la date et de l'heure
1. Lorsque l'appareil est éteint, appuyez simultanément
sur les touches START et M pour passer en mode
de réglage de la date et de l'heure. L'emplacement cor-
respondant au mois se met à clignoter (1, 2, 3, ... 12).
2. Pour entrer le mois, appuyez sur la touche M
jusqu'à ce que le nombre correspondant au mois en
cours apparaisse.

3. Appuyez à nouveau sur la touche START pour
confirmer le réglage. L'emplacement correspondant à M
la date se met à clignoter.
4. Pour la saisie de la date, des heures et des minutes,
procédez comme indiqué au point 2.
5. Appuyez à chaque fois sur la touche M pour la sélec-
tion et confirmez en appuyant sur la touche START .
6. La date et l'heure sont affichées en permanence. Lors-
que vous changez les piles, les données sont perdues et
il est nécessaire de procéder de nouveau à la saisie.
Mise en place de la manchette

• Placez la manchette sur le poignet gauche, la paume
tournée vers le haut (fig.1).
• La manchette doit être située à 1 cm environ de la
paume de la main (fig.2).
• Serrez la bande velcro autour de votre poignet (fig.3).

• Effectuez la mesure en étant assis.
• Décontractez le bras et posez-le par exemple sur une
table.
• Soulevez le poignet de manière à ce que la manchette
se trouve à hauteur du coeur (fig.4, position a = trop
élevée, b = correcte, c = trop basse).
• Restez tranquille durant la mesure : ne bougez pas et
ne parlez pas, car cela pourrait fausser les résultats de
la mesure.

1. Allumez l'appareil en appuyant sur la touche START .

raissent à l'écran. Cela permet de vérifier que l'afficha-
ge fonctionne normalement. Les valeurs de la dernière
mesure s'affichent à l'écran. Si vous n'avez encore
jamais effectué de mesure, l'écran n'indique que des
zéros à côté de la date et de l'heure.
3. L'appareil est prêt, vous voyez s'afficher le chiffre 0. La
manchette se gonfle lentement de manière automati-

dégonflé. La tension systolique, la tension diastolique
ainsi que le pouls s'affichent l'un après l'autre sur
l'écran . L'indicateur de la tension clignote à côté
des barres de couleur cor-respondantes conformément
à la classification de la tension selon l'OMS. Si l'ap-
pareil a détecté un pouls irrégulier, vous voyez en outre
clignoter l'affichage d'arythmie .
6. Les valeurs mesurées sont mises en mémoire automati-
quement. Il est possible de mettre en mémoire jusqu'à
60 résultats de mesures avec la date et l'heure.
