Maintenance
The scooter uses two batteries with a 24­volt
ƒ
series connection. Never use both batteries at
the same time:
ƒ batteries from different manufacturers;
ƒ batteries with different technologies;
batteries with different date codes.
ƒ
Attention
ƒ Always fully charge batteries before using them
for the first time.
Tyres
Warning
ƒ For safety reasons always ensure that the tyre
pressure on your mobility scooter is correct. If
the tyre pressure is too low, the road holding will
deteriorate and make steering heavier.
Attention
ƒ The tyres of the mobility scooter must have
sufficient pressure. Check this regularly.
ƒ If the tyre pressure is too low you will not be able
to drive as far.
ƒ If the tyre pressure is too high, driving will become
uncomfortable.
ƒ Regularly check the tyres for wear and tear (due
to drying out).
Service and technical support
Have the mobility scooter checked and serviced
by your dealer at least once a year. Preventive
maintenance ensures that the proper and correct
functioning of all moving parts is checked, as well as
the electronics and the condition of the batteries.
Repairs should only be performed by your dealer or
by Life & Mobility, and only original parts supplied by
Life & Mobility should be used for this.
