1 IMPORTANT
1.1 Important
Read these instructions carefully before installing and using the device and follow all additional information for installation and electrical connection; keep these instructions close to the device for future
consultations.
The device must be disposed according to the local legislation about the collection for electrical and electronic equipment.
2 SIZE AND INSTALLATION
2.1 Size
Size in mm (in).
To install the device operate as follows (please note covering a) and
covering b) are not symmetrical):
1. Make two holes in the marks l).
2. If you want the cables are inserted from the top or from the
bottom, make one hole in one of the marks m); if you want
the cables are inserted from the back, make a hole at the
back of the covering b).
3. Make two holes Ø 6.0 mm (0.236 in) in the wall where you
want to install the device using the marks l) perforated as
reference.
4. Insert the screw anchors j) in the holes of the wall.
5. If you want the cables are inserted from the top or from the
bottom, assemble the fairlead f) in one of the marks m)
perforated.
6. Insert the gaskets k) in the screws j).
7. If you want the cables are inserted from the back, silicone
the back of the covering b) along the slot in relief and along
the two vertical segments.
8. Fix the covering b) to the wall through the screws j) and
the gaskets k).
9. Lean the covering a) to the covering b) and insert the
tongues d).
10. Let the covering a) hanging, to allow operating inside the
device.
11. Insert the connecting cables through the covering b).
12. Make the electrical connection of the preassembed instru-
ment using the faston e) (look at the instructions of the
preassembled instrument).
13. Apply the gasket i) in the covering b) positioning the ex-
tremities in the lower part of the covering.
14. Lean the covering a) to the covering b) again and fix it
through the screws g) and the gaskets h).
15. Apply the plugs c).
3 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
3.1 Electrical connection
Look at the instructions of the preassembled instrument.
4 AVAILABLE CODES
4.1 Available codes
ASQX214000: cold room controller preassembled with EVX214N7
(alarm buzzer and serial port are supported), fixing bolts and nuts of
the instrument and polyester.
5 TECHNICAL DATA
5.1 Technical data
Box: self-extinguishing grey.
Frontal protection: IP 65.
Connections: 6.3 mm (0.248 in) wide faston (power supply and
outputs), screw terminal block (inputs), 6 poles connector (serial port).
Working temperature: from 0 to 55 °C (32 to 131 °F, 10 ... 90% of
relative humidity without condensate).
Power supply: 230 VAC, 50/60 Hz, 3 VA (approximate).

Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanweisungen vor der Installation und dem
ersten Gebrauch aufmerksam durch und befolgen Sie alle Hinweise
zur Installation und Anschluss der Elektrik. Bewahren Sie diese Anlei-
tung gemeinsam mit dem Gerät für künftiges Nachschlagen auf.
Das Gerät muss entsprechend der lokalen Vorschriften
der Entsorgung von elektrischen und elektronischen
Geräten entsorgt werden.
2 ABMESSUNGEN UND INSTALLATION
2.1 Abmessungen
Sehen Sie hierzu die Zeichnung in Abschnitt 2.1 der Anleitung in
Englisch.
Die Abmessungen sind in mm (in) angegeben.
2.2 Installation
Unter Bezugnahme der Zeichnung in Abschnitt 2.1 der Anleitung in
Englisch besteht das Gerät aus:
a) 1 Frontverschalung mit bereits vorinstallierten
Instrumenten, Bolzen und Schrauben zur Befestigung
der Instrumente und der Polyesterschicht
b) 1 Rückverschalung
c) 2 Deckel zur Abdeckung der Montageschrauben der Platten
d) 2 Montagelaschen der Verschalungen
e) 11 Faston-Buchsenleiste von 90° und mit Isolierkappen
f) 1 Kabelkanal für das starre Rohr Ø 20,0 mm (0,787 in)
g) 2 Montageschrauben für die Verschalungen
h) 2 Abdichtungen für die Montageschrauben der
Verschalungen
i) 1 Abdichtung für die hintere Verschalung
j) 2 Mauerdübel Ø 6,0 mm (0,236 in) und dazugehörige
Befestigungsschrauben für die hintere Verschalung
2.2 Installation
With reference to the following drawing, the device is made of:
a) 1 preassembled (instrument, fixing bolts and nuts of the
instrument and polyester) frontal covering
b) 1 back covering
c) 2 screw hider plugs assembling the coverings
d) 2 tongues assembling the coverings
e) 11 right angle female faston and insulating covers
f) 1 fairlead for Ø 20.0 mm (0.787 in) rigid pipe
g) 2 screws assembling the coverings
h) 2 gaskets for screws assembling the coverings
i) 1 gasket for back covering
j) 2 Ø 6.0 mm (0.236 in) wall screw anchors and screws fix-
ing the back covering
k) 2 gaskets for screws fixing the back covering
l) marks for holes for screws fixing the back covering
m) marks for hole for fairlead for rigid pipe.
k) 2 Abdichtungen für die Befestigungsschrauben der

m) Bohrschablone für den Durchgang für das Rohr.
Zur Installation des Geräts gehen Sie wie folgt vor (beachten Sie, dass
die Verschalung a) und die Verschalung b) nicht symmetrisch sind):
1. Führen Sie die Bohrungen anhand der Schablone l) durch.
2. Wenn die Kabel von oben nach unten geführt werden
sollen, bohren Sie eines der Löcher der Schablone m).Wenn
die Kabel von hinten durchgeführt werden sollen, bohren
Sie ein Loch auf der Rückseite der Verschalung b).
3. Bohren Sie zwei Löcher mit Ø 6,0 mm (0,236 in) in die
Wand, wo das Gerät installiert werden soll. Verwenden Sie
die Lochschablone l) als Hilfe.
4. Stecken Sie die Dübel j) in die Wandlöcher.
5. Wenn die Kabel von oben nach unten geführt werden
sollen, montieren Sie den Kabeldurchgang f) in eines der
Schablonenlöcher m).
6. Fügen Sie die Abdichtungen k) in die Schrauben j) ein.
7. Wenn die Kabel von hinten durchgeführt werden sollen,
bringen Sie an der Rückseite der Verschalung b) entlang
des Schlitzes und entlang der beiden vertikalen Segmente
Silikon an.
8. Befestigen Sie die Verschalung b) mit den Schrauben j)
und den Abdichtungen k) an der Wand.
9. Legen Sie die Verschalung a) auf der Verschalung b) ab
und führen Sie die Laschen d) ein.
10. Lassen Sie die Verschalung a) hängen, um die Arbeiten im
Geräteinneren durchführen zu können.
11. Führen Sie die Elektrokabel in die Verschalung b) ein.
12. Führen Sie den elektrischen Anschluss des vorinstallierten
Werkzeugs durch. Verwenden Sie hierzu die Faston-
Buchsenleiste e) (sehen
Gebrauchsanweisungen des vorinstallierten Werkzeugs).
13. Bringen Sie die Abdichtung i) an die Verschalung b) an,
indem Sie die Außenenden in die Unterseite der
Verschalung stecken.
14. Bringen Sie die Verschalung a) erneut an die Verschalung
b) an und befestigen Sie sie mit den Schrauben g) und den
Abdichtungen h).
15. Bringen Sie die Deckel c) an.
