Cause/Remedy
• The picture of a display unit is composed of pixels. Tiny black points and/or
bright points (pixels) on the screen do not indicate a malfunction.
• Select "Reset" in the "Picture Adjustment" menu to return to the factory
settings (page 22).
• Check the connection of the Y, P
• Make sure that the Y, P

respective sockets.
Cause/Remedy
• Press 2 +/– or % (Mute).
• Check that "Speaker" is set to "On" in the "Features" menu (page 26).
• See the "Picture noise" causes/remedies on page 39.
• See "Audio Filter" on page 33.
Cause/Remedy
• Check if the Sleep Timer function is activated (page 28).
• Check if the Auto Shutoff is activated (page 28).
• If no signal is received or no operation is performed in the TV mode for 10
minutes, the TV automatically switches to standby mode.
• Select "AV Preset" in the "Set Up" menu and cancel "Skip" of the input
source (page 31).
• Check that the remote is set correctly for the equipment you are using.
• If the remote does not operate the equipment even when the remote has been
set correctly to the equipment, enter the necessary code set as explained in
"Programming the remote" (page 36).
• Replace the batteries.
• Select "Language" and "Country" in the "Set Up" menu and set the
language and country/region in which Text/NexTView is provided
(page 17). For Cyrillic languages, we recommended that you select Russia
if your own country/region does not appear in the list.
