6.5. Automatische Umschaltfunktion - Auto-Switching function
Der MultiScale Umschalter verfügt über mehrere Modi für automatische und manuelle Umschaltung.
Für automatischen Betrieb kann unter den folgenden Umschalt-Logiken gewählt werden:
The switcher has several auto-switching modes and a manual-switching mode. When using auto-switching
mode, you can chose from one of the following switching principles:

6.5.1. Logik: Neues Eingangssignal (Last connected)

- New input principle (Last connected)
Immer wenn ein neues Eingangssignal erkannt wird, schaltet der MultiScale dieses aktiv.
Hinweis: Mittels WebGUI oder RS232 Befehl lässt auch die Schaltlogik „First connected" oder „Priority"
auswählen.
Once a new input signal is detected, the switcher will switch to this new signal automatically.
Note: You can also set the Auto-switching function to either "first connected" logic or "Priority" logic using the
WebGUI or RS232 command.
6.5.2. Logik: Verhalten beim Neustart - Power rebooting principle
Der MultiScale Umschalter speichert die Information bezüglich des zuletzt genutzten Eingangs, bevor das Gerät
ausgeschaltet wird. Nach dem Neustart geht er wieder in die Betriebsart mit automatischer Umschaltung mit
Signalerkennung und speichert deren Verbindungsstatus für den nächsten Boot-Vorgang. Ist das zuletzt
verwendete Eingangssignal weiterhin verfügbar, so wird dieses aktiv geschaltet. Falls nicht, werden die restlichen
Eingänge in folgender Priorität geprüft: HDMI1 Ž HDMI2 Ž HDMI3 Ž DP Ž VGA (YPbPr/CVBS).
The switcher offers the function to remember the signal last used before power off. Once rebooted, it will
automatically enter to auto-switching mode, and then detect all inputs and memorize their connection status for
future reboots. If the last used input signal is still available, then it will choose that signal. If not, it will detect all
input signals with priority on HDMI1 Ž HDMI2 Ž HDMI3 Ž DP Ž VGA (YPbPr/CVBS).

6.5.3. Logik: Verhalten beim Entfernen eines Signals

- Signal removing principle
Wird das aktuell Eingangssignal entfernt, werden die restlichen Eingänge geprüft in folgender Priorität:
HDMI1 Ž HDMI2 Ž HDMI3 Ž DP Ž VGA (YPbPr/CVBS). Das erste hierbei erkannte Signal wir dann aktiv
geschaltet. Hinweis: die automatische Umschaltung arbeitet nur wenn ein neues Eingangssignal hinzugefügt
oder entfernt wird.
Once the current signal is removed, the switcher will detect all input signals with priority on
HDMI1 Ž HDMI2 Ž HDMI3 Ž DP Ž VGA (YPbPr/CVBS). It will transfer the first signal detected to the output.
Notice: Auto-switching function works only if a new input signal is applied or an input signal is removed.
6.6. VGA/YPbPr/CVBS Eingang - VGA/YPbPr/CVBS input
Der VGA Eingang ist ein Universal-Eingang, der die Formate VGA, YPbPr und CVBS (Composite-Video/FBAS)
unterstützt. Der MultiScale erkennt hierbei automatisch Signalart und -format. Verwenden Sie das mitgelieferte
Adapterkabel, wenn YPbPr oder CVBS eingespeist werden soll, wie nachfolgend beschrieben:

input signal type and format. Please use the supplied adapter cable if YPbPr or CVBS signal input is required as
