2.4.1 Conformity with the following norms

2.4.2 Warranty and liability

As a matter of principle, the general sales and delivery terms of the Honey-
well Company apply. Warranty and liability claims for injury to persons and
damage to property are ruled out if they arise from one or more of the follo-
wing causes.
• Non-intended use of the tap
• Improper assembly, start-up, operation and maintenance of the tap
• Non-compliance with the instructions in the operating manual as regards
transport, storage, assembly, start-up, operation, maintenance and
servicing of the tap
• Non-authorised constructional modifications on the tap
• Negligent monitoring of components subject to stress
• Improperly performed repairs
• Catastrophes through effect of a foreign object or force majeure
