Je nach Deckensystem ist es vorteilhaft das Modulgehäuse an der mitgelieferten Aufhängeöse inner-
halb der Decke zu befestigen.
Die Leuchte in die Decke einsetzen. Dabei die Rückseite der Leuchte (3) unter Spannen der Federn
(4) in die Öffnung einführen bis die Leuchte in der Öffnung festsitzt.
Bitte beachten Sie dabei die richtige Ausrichtung der Leuchte, insbesondere bei der Leuchte mit der asymmetrischen
Optik. Dabei zeigen die Klammern in Richtung des Fluchtweges bzw. in Richtung der maximalen Lichtstärken.
Prepare ceiling cut-out according to dimensional drawing on page 8.
Connection of plug connectors for network and bus
Before connection of the conductors we recommend pushing the pre-locked cable strain relief housing
over the cable. The cable strain relief can also be subsequently fitted.
Insert single-wire stripped conductor until the limit stop.
(To connect fine-wire conductors, engage the clamp spring with a screwdriver with 2.5 mm blade width
and insert stripped conductors until the limit stop.
To release conductors, engage the clamp spring with a screwdriver with 2.5 mm blade width and pull
conductors out).
Mains connection:
Bus connection:
Lock in the cable strain relief housing at the plug/socket. Observe ‚TOP'.
Bring the cable strain relief housing into functional position by locking together and fastening the
screw.
Establish battery connection and set operating parameters
Battery connection is established and the switch settings configured (see page 14) via the opening (1).
After establishment of battery connection please enter the date of commissioning in the field intended
for this. Then seal the the opening (1) with the supplied plug (2).
Contact luminaire and install luminaire in ceiling
Connect the pre-prepared plug connectors to the sockets on the luminaire. Then place the module
housing with cables first into the ceiling.
According to the type of ceiling system it is sometimes advantageous to fix the module housing with
the supplied suspension eyelet within the ceiling.
Insert the luminaire into the ceiling. Here insert the rear of the luminaire (3) into the opening by tensi-
oning the clips (4) until the luminaire is firmly positioned in the opening.
Please observe correct alignment of the luminaire, in particular with luminaires with asymmetrical optics. In this case
the clips point in the direction of the escape route or in the direction of maximum illuminance values.
