Recording the current TV channel
you are watching
1. Press the PROG (,/.) or number buttons to
select the current channel you want to record.
2. Press the REC button.
Rec Icon is displayed on the front panel.
3. Press the REC button again to display the
recording length.

Press the ▲▼ buttons to select the desired
recording length, then press the ENTER
button.
To pause recording
1. Press the REC PAUSE button to pause a
recording in progress.
2. Press the REC PAUSE or REC button
resume recording.
To stop recording
1. Press the STOP button to stop a recording in
progress.
The message "Recording completed. This title
can be played throught recorded TV." will be
displayed.
NOTE

Recored files of less than 10 seconds are not saved.
▪
Other HDD space that the default 20GB reserved for
the Timeshift feature will be used for recording and
storing multimedia contents.
▪
If the free space available for recording and
multimedia files in the HDD is less than 10MB,
recording will be not enabled.

The available size displayed in the HDD management
menu does not include the default space of 20GB.
The 20GB in the HDD is reserved for the Timeshift
feature by default.

Time Shift function

This function replays recordings as a live signal.
1.
When you watching a TV channel, press the
PLAY or PAUSE button.
The Time Shift bar is displayed.
2. You can use the SKIP (
playback-related buttons to view the previous
scene.

To pause timeshift
1. Press the PAUSE button to pause a time shift
in progress.
2. Press the PLAY button resume time shift.
To stop timeshift
1. Press the STOP button to stop a time shift in
progress.
The message "Do you want to stop
Timeshift?" will be displayed.
2. Press the ◄► button to select the Yes, then
press the ENTER button.
NOTE

With the product in recording mode, press the PLAY

or PAUSE button.
The Timeslip bar is displayed.
You can also watching the previous scene by
pressing the playback-related buttons.

Timeshift will be stopped if you play back a media
file.
