2. Insert the bottom end of the body
into the floor nozzle and press it
into place until the body is secure
in the nozzle. See figure 2.
3. Fit the holder by pressing the shaft
down into the foot piece until it
sits securely in place. Insert the
flat nozzle (10) and combi-brush
(11) behind the holder's shaft. See
figure 3.
4. Place the appliance in the holder
to complete assembly. See figure
4.

Battery charging
NOTE! For safety reasons, the
battery is only partially charged when
the appliance leaves the factory.
Therefore, you must always start by
charging the battery fully. Charge
the appliance for 8-9 hours before
first use. Also, please remember to
recharge the battery of the product
at least 2 times a year to avoid the
battery loosing capacity and to
maintain maximum battery lifetime, if
the appliance is stored not to be used
for a long period.
1. Check that the appliance is
switched off at both on/off buttons
(1 and 3).
2. Place the appliance in the holder
(12).
3. Plug the charger (9) into the mains
socket and connect the cord to
the charger socket on the side of
the holder.

4. Switch on the power. The charging
indicator on the hand-held vacuum
cleaner will start to flash slowly
(once every five seconds).
5. Allow the battery to charge fully.
Once the battery is fully charged,
the charging indicator will remain
on.
Tips!
We recommend always leaving the
appliance in the holder with the charger
connected when not in use so that the
appliance is always ready to use.
NOTE!
The battery becomes hot during
charging – this is perfectly normal.

USING THE APPLIANCE

This appliance can be used both as
a floor vacuum and as a hand-held
vacuum. Use the floor vacuum to
vacuum floors. Use the hand-held
vacuum cleaner to vacuum difficult-to-
reach spots.
Before using the appliance, check
that the inner filter (5a) and outer filter
(5b) are correctly fitted in the dust
container (5c) (see "Emptying the dust
container and cleaning the filters").
Use as a floor vacuum cleaner
1. Make sure the hand-held vacuum
cleaner (4) has been correctly
fitted to the appliance.
2. Fit the floor nozzle (6) by
connecting the end of the body
(7) to the nozzle and pressing the
appliance into place.
Switch on the appliance by
pressing the on/off button (1) on
the handle (2).
3. Press the on/off button again and
release it to turn the appliance off.
