Gas heater
Type DG
3. Function
Cold surrounding air is suctioned in through the fan blower and supplied to the gas
burner. An ignitable gas/air mixture is produced by the regulated supply of liquid gas to
the burner. It is ignited with an ignition device.
Device operation is constantly controlled by a flame controlling device and is
automatically and safely switched off in case of any fault.
Attention:
Hot exhaust gases are formed during operation. The room to be heated must be well
ventilated. Heating of closed rooms is not allowed.
A large amount of moisture is also formed when burning the liquid gases
propane/butane. In certain circumstances this can condense on walls and ceilings.
The hot air heaters can be operated with propane (G31) or a liquid gas mixture made
of butane (G30) and propane (G31) in accordance with the different gas categories,
indicated in Table I and on the type identification plate of the device.
