Zuerst den Antrieb ausschalten.
Bei am 1. Kreisel montiertem
Schwadformer diesen bis unter
den Schutzbügel einschieben und
mit der Knebelschraube wieder
befestigen.
Wenn zur
Transportbreitenreduzierung
erforderlich, Schutzbügel
entriegeln, bis zum erneuten
Einrasten hochklappen und
Zinkenträger abnehmen.
Zinkenträger auf die Halterungen
am Rahmen aufstecken,
anschließend durch Darüberlegen
und Feststecken des
Sicherungsbügels sichern.
Zuerst durch Zug am Seil den
Schwadformerträger entriegeln,
Seil unter Spannung halten und
durch Betätigen des
einfachwirkenden Hydraulikventils
die Maschine anheben.
Seil entspannen, damit der
Schwadformer verriegelt wird.
Verriegelung eingerastet, wenn
rotes Feld auf dem
Schwadtuchträger verdeckt ist.
Durch Betätigen des
doppeltwirkenden Hydraulikventils
das hintere Rahmenteil gerade
stellen und zur Sicherheit gegen
versehentliche Betätigung den
Absperrhahn (rote Schutzkappe
am Stecker) schließen.

transport position
First switch off the drive system.
Move the swath deflector of the
first rotor (if fitted) under the safety
guard and secure using the toggle
bolt.
If the transport width has to be
further reduced, unlock the safety
guards, fold them up until they lock
into engagement and remove the
tine bars.
Clip tine bars onto their racks on
the frame and then place the
safety bar over the tine bars to
secure them.
Use the pull rope to unlock the
swath deflector support, keep the
pull rope under tension and lift the
machine by operating the single
acting hydraulic control unit.
Release the rope to allow the
swath deflector to be locked.
Locking catched, when the red
field on the windrow cloth holder is
covered.
Operate the double acting
hydraulic control unit to move the
rear frame section to straight
position and close the shut-off tap
(connector with red protective cap)
to prevent any inadvertent
operation.

Bloccare la rotazione dei rotori,
rimuovere il deflettore del primo
rotore e fissarlo sotto le protezioni
di sicurezza assicurandolo
mediante l'apposito bullone.
Nel caso in cui la larghezza di
ingombro sia eccessiva sollevare
le protezioni verso l'alto fino a
bloccarle negli appositi sostegni e
quindi sfilare i bracci porta-forche.
Collocare i bracci porta-forche
nell'apposito supporto e fissarle
con l'apposita spina elastica.
Mantenere tirata la cordicella per
sollevare il deflettore forma-
andana quindi sollevare i rotori a
mezzo del dispositivo a semplice
effetto.
Rilasciare la cordicella non appena
il dispositivo si è bloccato entro
l'apposita sede.
I distributori idraulici devono
essere opportunamente bloccati e
quando staccati dal trattore devono
essere ricoperti dall'apposito
cappuccio colorato in base alla loro
funzione (semplice o doppio
effetto) per evitare errori.
