ABX-1
PROBLEM
No LEDs are lit.
The red LED is lit.
There is no sound.
The device is not recognised by
FOHHN AUDIO SOFT.
If your problem does not appear in the above lists, or it is not solved using any of the suggestions made in the list, please contact us at

Servicing and/or repairs should only be carried out by qualified personnel – trained by FOHHN
Do not carry out any servicing or repairs on this device other than the basic maintenance activities described in the
"Maintenance" section of this manual.

Keep the packaging that has been supplied with this device so that, in the event of any damage, it can be returned in its
original packaging. This will reduce the risk of any further damage occurring during transportation.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
no power available
The AIREA MASTER is not active.
The AIREA-NET Output is not active.
There is no audio signal.
No signal source is connected.
cable defect
AES/EBU wrongly connected
Several products may have the same ID.
TROUBLESHOOTING | ENGLISH
POSSIBLE ACTION
Check whether there is any power available.
Measure the mains voltage at the socket, check
the fuse.
Check that the green Status LED is lit on the
AIREA-NET Output of the master.
Connect a signal source to the ABX-3 or the
AIREA MASTER.
Connect a signal source to the ABX-3.
Check the RJ-45 cable going
AIREA MASTER.
Check that the RJ-45 cable is connected to the
output of the AIREA MASTER.
Change the ID. No ID can be used more than once.
