Please note the following safety notes to avoid
malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Keep the thermometer out of reach of children or persons in need
of supervision. The unit is not a toy.
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not
allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed by
a qualified person how to use the unit.
This thermometer is designed for measuring temperatures in
liquids, powders and semisolid materials. Do not use it for medi-
cal purposes, industrial use and in explosive environments.
The thermometer is not intended to be used inside an oven. Use
it only outside of the oven.
Button cells must not be short circuited, charged of burned. There
is a danger of explosion!
Do not expose the unit to strong vibrations or high levels of
humidity and avoid strong mechanical stresses. Always store the
unit in a dry place.
Should the unit become damaged do not use it and have it
repaired by a professional or contact our customer support
department. Do not disassemble the unit or try repairing it your-
self.
Batteries do not belong in household
garbage.

local council.
