Taking or Erasing Minimum/Maximum Values
The thermometer will store the lowest and the highest measured
temperature.
1. To have the maximum value displayed, press "MIN-MAX" once.
To erase the value, press "CLEAR" once.
2. To have the minimum value displayed, press "MIN-MAX" again.
To erase the value, press "CLEAR" once.
3. Press "MIN-MAX" once more to return to the normal display
mode.
Please Notice: Turning on and off wipes the Minimum/Maximum
memory!
4. To erase completely all saved minimum/maximum values, press
the "Reset" button on the back of the unit. If the display exhibits
strange behaviour, press the "Reset" button once or switch the
thermometer off and on again.
