Thebloodpressureisinfluencedbyavarietyofdifferentfactors,suchasbodilycircum-
stances or a wrong operation of the monitor. Some people even get nervous when seeing a
doctor and that will make their blood pressure rise. Single measurements can not indicate
the whole blood level, so you need not to be anxious for isolated higher or lower blood
pressure results. The most important thing is to master one's blood pressure trend through
long-term measurement. Please talk to your doctor for useful judgement of your recorded
values.

The following chart shows usual average values. You could obtain similar results by meas-
uring your blood pressure for several days at the same time. (so called „Basic Blood Pres-
