Please note the included General Safety Notes and the following
safety notes to avoid malfunctions, damage or physical injury:
Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not allowed to
use the device, unless they are supervised for their safety by a qualified
person or are briefed by the responsible person how to use the device.
Dispose of the packaging materials carefully or store it in a safe place. It may
become a deadly toy for small children.
Avoid searching close to high voltage lines. Do not touch live current lines
with the detector. There is risk of electric shock!
The searching coil can be used for underwater searching but not the device
itself! Search underwater only from a boot, footbridge etc.
Pay attention for the right of ownership by the founded objects. By founding
coins, noble metals, archaeological and culture-historic findings connect the
national authorities and the owner of the area.
Do not undertake excavation without administrative decision!
If you do not know what you have found, connect the national authorities or
the police. It may be munitions! If the object is dubious, mark off the danger
area and keep unauthorized people away.
Leave the searching area like you have the area entered. Do not left dig
holes; they can cause accidents by other people. Mark off the dig area
spaciously.
Do not expose the device to dripping of splashing water.
Do not expose the device to excessive temperatures, strong vibrations or high
levels of humidity and avoid strong mechanical stresses.
Do not mix rechargeable batteries and non-rechargeable batteries and use
only batteries of the same type.
If you do not plan to use the device for some time, remove the batteries.
Do not disassemble, burn, or short-circuit batteries and do not attempt to
recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
Do not disassemble the devices; they do not contain parts serviceable by you.
In the case of problems or questions please turn to our customer support
department, do not attempt to repair the devices yourself.
