5.0 Operation
5.1
Adjusting the seat height
The seat height is adjusted with the foot switch (fi g. 2.):
operating lever to the right = upwards
operating lever to the left
The patient chair E 2e is additionally equipped with an "au-
tomatic down"-function so that the upper part of the chair can
be adjusted to its lowest position by a short movement with the
pedal regulator (fi g. 2). To do so, move the pedal regulator to
the left (for not more than 0.5 seconds). If you want to interrupt
the downward movement slightly shift the pedal regulator to
any direction.
5.2
Rotating the upper part of the chair
The upper part of the chair with the patient can be completely
rotated after having loosened the brake with the operating lever
(
, fi g. 3).
The upper part with the patient can then be rotated in the desi-
red direction.
If the brake is only slightly fi xed the chair can be rotated without
loosening the brake.

5.1
Réglage de la hauteur du siège
Le réglage de la hauteur du siège s'effectue par l'intermédiaire
de la commande au pied (fi g. 2):
vers la droite
= mouvement vers le haut
vers la gauche
= mouvement vers le bas
Le fauteuil pour patients E 2e est en outre équipée d'une fonc-
tion "auto-vers le bas" qui permet, par un bref mouvement de la
commande au pied d'abaisser automatiquement la partie supéri-
eure de la chaise dans sa position inférieure maximale. Pour ce
faire, il faut que la commande au pied soit déplacée vers la gau-
che pour moins de 0,5 secondes ce qui introduit un déplacement
vers le bas jusqu'à la position inférieure maximale. Si ce mou-
vement vers le bas doit être interrompu, il suffi t d'appuyer bri-
èvement sur la commande au pied vers la droite ou la gauche.
5.2
Rotation de la partie supérieure du
fauteuil
On peut tourner complètement la partie supérieure du fauteuil
avec le patient en débloquant le frein au moyen du levier d'arrêt
(
, fi g. 3).
Le patient peut alors être tourné dans la position voulue avec la
partie supérieure du fauteuil. Lorsque le frein n'est pas serré, il
est possible de tourner le fauteuil sans débloquer le frein.
