OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS – CONTROL PANEL 3020 013
Please read these instructions carefully before using the boiler for the fi rst time. The operating and
installation instructions for the boiler are provided separately. These instructions are approved for the Alde
Compact 3020 boiler fi tted in vehicles, boats or buildings in accordance with CE 0402 no. SC0653-13 and have the E5
mark for installation in vehicles in accordance with ECE R122, no. 00 001 and R10, no. 04 166. Installation and repairs
may only be carried out by a specialist. Always comply with national regulations.
1. Starting the boiler

boiler are switched off.

NB. If "Standby Brightness" is set to Off, the display goes out when it enters standby mode, but lights up if you touch
the screen. See settings under section 9, point 7.

3. From standby mode to the settings menu
In standby mode, the indoor temperature is displayed, and the outdoor temperature is displayed if an outdoor temperature
sensor has been connected. The backlighting comes on when you touch the screen. Launch the settings menu by
pressing the MENU button. The backlighting comes on and those functions that can be set are displayed. Any settings
you make are automatically saved after 10 seconds. The control panel reverts to standby automatically after 30 seconds
if no buttons are pressed (or if the MENU button in the settings menu is pressed).

2. To start the boiler, press the On/Off button – the start-up display
appears. The boiler starts with the last selected settings.
A. Clock
The clock shows the day and time
(if activated). To set the clock,
see under section 9 point 2.
B. Outdoor temperature
The outdoor temperature is
displayed if a sensor is fi tted.
C. Indoor temperature
The indoor temperature is
displayed automatically.
D. Circulation pump
This symbol is displayed when
the pump is in operation.

When the panel/boiler is switched
on, a green LED comes on the
front between the push-buttons.
E. LPG cylinder full/empty
This symbol is displayed when the sensor on
the cylinder changeover system is connected
and activated as described in section 9 point 15.
If EisEX is installed, the symbol for the mode set
is displayed along with the gas cylinder symbol.
F. 230 volts
This symbol is displayed when a 230 V power
supply is connected to the boiler.
G. MENU button
Button for the settings menu.
H. On/Off button
Main switch for the boiler.
