FIELD OF USE

The FREE RIDER series with SPS-back-protector is
especially made for the risks of skiers and snowboar-
ders who ride outside the marked slopes. If you respect
these instructions for use these backpacks give a
certain protection and reduce therefore the risk of being
injured in case of falling or crashing into an obstacle.
Altough they do not protect you against torsional acting
forces on your back.
Upon impact, the protector protects the labelled area (E) of the back, the
joints of the costal arches, and the spine, where covered.
There is no protection in the area which is not covered by the protector and,
when sharp objects (obstacles or content of the backpack) penetrate the back
of the backpack. Nor does the backpack protect the back against torsion or
compression of the spine.
CAUTION (F) (G)
The protector is not suited
for the requirements in
traffic and can therefore
not be used as a protection
for people riding bicycles
