Allgemeine Hinweise zur Verwendung der OM Antriebe
Die OM Antriebe sind für den verdeckt liegenden Einbau der
Antriebe in den Fensterprofilen gedacht.
Die Einbaulage ist daher von unterschiedlichen Faktoren
abhängig, die bei der Montage zu berücksichtigen sind, z. B:
- Materialart des Profils, z. B. Aluminium, Holz, Kunststoff
- Profilgeometrie, z. B. Lage der Stege und Kammern
- Abmessungen des Fensters
- Art der Beschläge, z. B. aufliegend oder verdeckt
- Öffnungsart, z. B. Kipp-/Klappfenster o.ä.
- Befestigungsart des Antriebs im Profil
Hieraus ergeben sich vielfältige Einbausituationen, die nur
projektabhängig ermittelt werden können. Ebenso sind die
Antriebe modular aufgebaut und können z. B. mit starrer oder
flexibler Kette, je nach Erfordernis, aufgebaut werden.
Deshalb empfehlen wir vor Einbau der Antriebe die
Projektierung der Einbausituation inkl. Klärung der Befestigung.
Sie erhalten danach eine Zeichnung, in der die Einbaulage
sowie die erforderlichen Ausfräsungen am Profil genau
beschrieben sind. Diese Leistung wird abhängig vom Aufwand
berechnet. Anfragen hierzu richten Sie bitte an unsere
Vertriebsmitarbeiter.
Hinweise zur Montage
Vorsicht: Verletzungsgefahr durch plötzlich
aufklappendes Fenster! Kontrollieren Sie, ob am
Kippfenster eine Fangschere befestigt ist. Montieren Sie eine
Fangschere, wenn am Kippfenster keine vorhanden ist.
Achtung: Kippfenster unterscheiden sich durch den
verwendeten Beschlag. Bei Verwendung eines Kipp-
beschlags kann die maximale Öffnungsweite des Fensterflügels
durch die Schere begrenzt werden. Achten Sie darauf, dass die
Ausstellweite des Fenstermotors der Öffnungsweite der Schere
entspricht, andernfalls kann der Beschlag beschädigt werden.
Achtung: Vermeiden Sie ein Verwechseln der Anschlag-
maße! Vergleichen Sie die Anschlagmaße mit den
angegebenen Maßen und mit den tatsächlichen Abständen Ihrer
Fensterantriebe, bevor Sie die entsprechenden Löcher anreißen.

Assembly
General Information on the Use of the OM Drives
The OM drives are intended for the concealed installation of the
drives in the window profiles.
The installation position is therefore dependent on various factors,
which must be taken into account during assembly, e.g.:
- Type of material of profile, e.g. aluminium, wood, plastic
- Geometry of profile, e.g. position of bars and clamps
- Dimensions of window
- Type of fittings, e.g. on top or concealed
- Type of opening, e.g. tilting/top-hung windows or similar
- Fixing method of drive in the profile
This results in numerous installation situations, which can only be
determined on the basis of the respective project. Also the drives
are of modular construction and can for instance be assembled
with a rigid or with a flexible chain, depending on requirement.
We therefore recommend the investigation of the
installation situation before the drive installation, including the
determination of how they will be fixed. You will then receive a
drawing, which details the installation position as well as the
required cutting of recesses in the profile. This work will be invoiced
on the basis of the work required. If you have any questions please

Details for mounting
Caution: Risk of injury if the window falls down!
A shear arm must be fitted.
Caution: Bottom hung windows tend to vary because of
the used fitting. When fitting material for bottom hung
windows is used the maximum opening width of the window
casement could be limited by the shear arm. Please pay attention,
that the opening width of the chain motor is equal to the opening
width of the shear arm, otherwise the fitting could be damaged.
Caution: Please do not mix up the adjusting measures!
Compare the adjusting measures from the indicated
dimensions and with the actual measures of the chain motor before
marking the holes.
